Produced using the Feudo Di San Biagio® selection, from the heart of Sicily, this cream blends the finest pistachios for a unique and delicate flavor. It contains exclusively noble fats (cocoa butter, sunflower seed oil). It contains no palm oil. A recipe crafted according to the finest pastry tradition.
Ingredients
Sugar, Sicilian PISTACHIO 25%, sunflower seed oil, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin; salt.
May contain other TREE NUTS, SESAME and PEANUTS.
Serving suggestion
Spread on toast for indulgent breakfasts and snacks, or use to fill cakes, tarts and petits fours.
