Deliveries & Returns – Agrimontana France BtoC

1. Delivery Area

The products offered on the Agrimontana France website are delivered exclusively within mainland France.

No deliveries are made to:

  • French overseas territories (DOM-TOM)
  • Abroad

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery for all orders with a minimum amount of €50 incl. VAT
  • For any order below €50 incl. VAT:
    Flat shipping fee: €6.50 incl. VAT

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within an average timeframe of:

3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment

Business days correspond to:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Excluding public holidays

These timeframes are indicative.
They may be extended in the event of:

  • Exceptional overload
  • Logistical issues
  • Force majeure
  • Delays beyond our control (carrier)

In accordance with Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of excessive delay, the customer may request cancellation of the order.

4. Carrier

Deliveries are handled by a carrier selected by Agrimontana International – Agriland S.A.M
(e.g. GLS or an equivalent carrier).

5. Receipt of the Order

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer is invited to:

  • Check the condition of the package
  • Verify the conformity of the products

In case of anomaly:

  • Damaged parcel
  • Missing product
  • Damaged product

The customer must:

  • Make reservations with the carrier
  • Contact customer service at:
