Deliveries & Returns – Agrimontana France BtoC
1. Delivery Area
The products offered on the Agrimontana France website are delivered exclusively within mainland France.
No deliveries are made to:
- French overseas territories (DOM-TOM)
- Abroad
2. Shipping Costs
- Free delivery for all orders with a minimum amount of €50 incl. VAT
- For any order below €50 incl. VAT:
Flat shipping fee: €6.50 incl. VAT
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within an average timeframe of:
3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment
Business days correspond to:
- Monday to Friday
- Excluding public holidays
These timeframes are indicative.
They may be extended in the event of:
- Exceptional overload
- Logistical issues
- Force majeure
- Delays beyond our control (carrier)
In accordance with Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of excessive delay, the customer may request cancellation of the order.
4. Carrier
Deliveries are handled by a carrier selected by Agrimontana International – Agriland S.A.M
(e.g. GLS or an equivalent carrier).
5. Receipt of the Order
Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer is invited to:
- Check the condition of the package
- Verify the conformity of the products
In case of anomaly:
- Damaged parcel
- Missing product
- Damaged product
The customer must:
- Make reservations with the carrier
- Contact customer service at:
