Extra jam made with Pêche de Vigne peaches, a variety distinguished by its bright red color and greyish skin. Pêche de Vigne peaches have a late ripening period: in fact, they are harvested at the same time as the grape harvest. Thanks to their wine-like color, they are also known as “September peaches.” Pêche de Vigne peaches are small, juicy, and delicately flavored. The designation “EXTRA,” in accordance with regulations, guarantees the exclusive use of whole fruit and the absence of sulphur dioxide and preservatives.
